Instant Pot Steel Cut Oats Cooked with Earl Grey Tea

Why cook w/ Earl Grey tea?

I think a better question is why not!  This adds the bright citrusy flavor and can even give you a caffine boost. But you can use decaf too.

Be sure to use steel-cut oats and not rolled oat in your electric pressure cooker!
